At Moby Dick Pet Store, we put in effort in ensuring our freshwater fish are always healthy. All of our tanks operate individually, allowing us to create an environment where each animal will thrive. When it comes to their diet, all fish are fed with top-quality choice of frozen and live food.
Our team pays close attention to every species that we have under our care. We believe that if they’re treated well in our facility, they’ll remain alive and healthy even after they leave our store. Our customers can have peace of mind knowing that they will only receive quality fresh water fish from us.
We strive to source our fish from as many local breeders as possible and even breed fish in-house when possible.
Freshwater Fish Guarantee
Most of the freshwater fish we sell are covered by a 7-day guarantee (100% on the first 24 hours; 50% on the next 6 days). Please note that the customer must bring the body of the fish, a water sample, and their receipt for us to honor the guarantee. Otherwise, it will be voided.
